The principle of operation and test the central locking system and open the door without a key
Central lock actuates actuators lock each of the doors. The system consists of switches, actuators, relays, and interconnecting wiring. Fault diagnosis system is usually limited to just checking the status of contacts and wiring the actuators, in the course of which can be repaired minor and easily avoidable damage. Drive control central locking is usually carried out by means of bipolar electromagnets placed at the door of the car. Lock switch can be installed in one of two positions - indoor and outdoor. Switching data switches leads to activation of the relay, connect power to the electromagnets lock the doors. Depending on how the relay changes the polarity of the voltage, providing a corresponding change in the position of the lock latch. Some models can be equipped with anti-theft system, a built-in circuit for central locking. If you can not identify the cause of your own failure by carrying out a number of general inspections, consult the dealership division of Chrysler. | - Always first check circuit protection. In these models, battery power is supplied to the system via the mini-fuse 20 A (F-1), located in the RDS in the engine compartment and the 15 A fuse (? 8) in the assembly block.
- With the engine off popereklyuchayte door lock switch in both directions (open - closed). Relays with the need to publish a well distinguishable click.
| Location relay locks the door. |
- If clicks are not heard, check the power at the breaker. If power is not available, check the wiring between circuit breakers and fuse block assembly for breakage and short circuit.
- If the voltage has a place, but do not publish the relay clicks, check the conductivity switch. If conductivity is absent in both positions of the switch, replace the last one.
- If the switch is serviceable conductivity, but the relay does not click, check the wiring between the relay and switch. If necessary, make a refurbishment or replacement.
- If the relay receives a voltage signal from the switch, but does not send a command to the electromagnets, check whether the grounding is not broken relay case, if necessary, replace the relay.
- If you operate all but one of the solenoids, remove the panel of an internal upholstery of the corresponding door (head body) and check if the power is supplied to the magnet when operating the switches. On one of the wire tension should be present when the switch is closed, on the other - in the open position.
- If the voltage is the case, replace the solenoid.
- If no voltage, check the wiring between the solenoid and relay the presence of continuity and insulation.
| Wiring is used to fray at the site between the body and the door (in the opening-closing of the latter). |

Door opening system without key The system consists of a remote control unit (transmitter), which sends the encoded signal in the infrared range of the receiver, located in the upper (roof) or the console and lamp housing includes a central locking drive. | - Replace the batteries in case of failure of the radiator turn on the LED on the side of his body when pressing a button.
- Radiator shell halves can be separated gently prying with a screwdriver.
| - To separate the halves a remote control door lock, use a screwdriver.
|
- Replace the two lithium batteries SR1616 3 V each.
| - Replace lithium batteries (arrow).
|
- Firmly squeeze the radiator shell halves.
