Withdrawal |  | 1. Remove the top casing of the engine. |

The method of adjusting the tension of the toothed belt | 1. Rotate the crankshaft two full turns clockwise and after 5 minutes, check that the piston of the first cylinder is at TDC on the compression stroke.
2. Check the deflection of the timing belt, which must be - 6-8 mm.
3. Re-check the alignment of timing marks. | If timing marks are not aligned, remove timing belt and reinstall it from step 6. |
