Removal and installation of the front suspension arm

You will need: the key "17" (two), allen key "19", flat-blade screwdriver.

1. Remove the front wheel from the PR arm.


2. Deal with the threaded portion of clamping bolts finger support to knuckle special penetrating composition (eg, WD-40) to facilitate the loosening nuts.	3. Remove the nut of a coupling bolt and remove the bolt holes of the knuckle.


4. Use a screwdriver to unclench the terminal clamp knuckle ...	5. ... and remove the ball joint of the thumb knuckle.


6. Loosen the bolts of the front suspension arm to the cross, remove the bolt ...	7. ... and out of the bracket arm nut bolt.


8. Loosen the nut axis of the arm to its support.	9. Remove the three screws securing the support arm to the crossmember front suspension ...


10. ... and remove the lever.	11. Finally, unscrew the nut support to the axis of the arm ...

Removal and installation of the front suspension arm

12. ... and remove the support.

13. Remove the two screws and remove it from the arm ball joint (see. "Replacement of ball bearings").

NOTE

Note that the left and right front suspension arms are not interchangeable.

14. Install the front suspension arm in the reverse order of removal.

15. After replacing the lower arm front suspension check and if necessary adjust the angles of the front wheels (see. "Check and adjust wheel alignment").
