Remove the balancer unit (motors L3, L3 with variable valve timing mechanism. See Fig. 2.134). Remove the connecting rod cap. Before removing the cover, check the connecting rod side clearance of the connecting rod (see. Below). Remove the connecting rod bolt from the connecting rod cap, nylon bolt hitting the hammer. Remove the lower connecting rod bearing. Remove the upper connecting rod bearing. Remove the connecting rod and piston assembly. Remove the piston rings.

Before removing main bearing caps, check the axial clearance of the crankshaft. Loosen the bolts main bearing caps for two or three steps in the order shown in Figure 2.135. Remove the lower molars and thrust bearings. Remove the crankshaft. Remove the upper crankshaft bearings, thrust bearings. Remove the valve maslorazbryzgivayuschego nozzle.
