The works carried out at the wheel removed. The car is set to support. In Fig. 228 shows the recorded parts, while it should be noted that from the brake pads should be removed only spring. Removing the semi-axes should be carried out as follows: - Loosen the fixing screw in the center of the eccentric equalizer parking brake lever, remove the eccentric until there is attached to the forward cable equalizer. For details, see. Sec. "Brake system"; - Remove the rear brake caliper and tie wire to the rear axle. Subsequent work related to the brakes, are described in the relevant section. They are held as follows: - Unscrew the bolt of the brake disc (cross-slot) and remove the disc. If necessary, take control of brake pads; - To bring the locking spring on the upper side and the pressure of the spring; - The back of the brake actuation lever to open the shield, drive out and remove the hinge pin lever;

- Turning the axle, unscrew the nuts of bearing caps installed in the holes of the flange (Fig. 229). Now slowly remove the axle shaft. When dismantling the two semi-axes must be immediately after the mark right and left, to then install them to their original location; - Remove a cuff and a brake board. The outer ring of the bearing half-line is often left in the hole axle housing. For removal should use the pliers. When installing the half-line, proceed as follows: - Install the brake shield on the bridge; - The gasket between the shield and bearing cover; - Insert the axle shaft made according to the label; - Combine the bearing cover with the holes in the brake shield and axle housing, insert the screws and tighten to 60-70 Nm. Bolts always be replaced. When tightening the axle shaft must rotate to align the holes with the bolt heads;

- To bring the actuating lever parking brake cable, insert the hinge pin. The lever must be installed as shown in Fig. 230; - To fix the spring brake pads as described in Section. "Brakes", and set the brake drum. Bolts tighten the moment 20 Nm; - Insert the connector wheel speed sensor (only on models with ABS) with a new sleeve. Bush replaced each time the sensor is disconnected. The adjustments are not needed since the gap between the sensor and the toothing in the operation set itself. In the sleeve must lay the silicone grease to the service station for use of brand grease Molykote 44 Light; - Finally check the oil level of the rear axle, and if necessary, add oil. Adjust the parking brake. Wheel bolts tightened to 160-180 Nm.
