Removal and installation of the clutch fork and release bearing
When you press the clutch pedal clutch under the action of the plug presses the ends of the petals of the diaphragm spring. The force from the working surface of a press disk thus removed, and the clutch disc rotates freely. Clutch requires no maintenance. Its failure can be identified by characteristic sound when you press the clutch pedal. Replace release bearing should be carried out as follows (for the replacement of parts must be removed clutch gearbox)

- Remove the clutch from the front cover of the CP (Fig. 180);

- Move the plug first clutch in the direction of arrow a (Fig. 181). Then, in the direction of arrow b to remove it from the ball stud and remove from clutch housing; - Carefully apply the specified grease to the bearing guide front cover KP ball pin on the clutch housing, and all the places in the clutch fork into contact with the bearing. Use of long-acting lubricant; - The release fork to put upon the ball in the opposite direction b, until it snaps into the spring clips; - Turn the plug against the direction of the arrow A; - Apply grease inside the bearing and to both cut from the rear of the sleeve; - Put the bearing on the rail on the front cover of the manual and turn it up until its sidecut not enter into the plug housing; - Set manual. Check the bearing is carried out as follows: Remove clutch by hand. Rotation should be free, smooth and quiet.
