To remove the heat sink is necessary to dismantle almost all the front of the vehicle. According to the guidelines for this brand in the integrated air conditioner must be depressurized. Since this can not be done with improvised means, the following description applies only to vehicles without air conditioning. When removing the heat sink is necessary to perform the following operations:
- It removes the "minus" plug to the battery, observing all safety precautions;
- Drain the coolant in compliance with all precautionary measures, as described in Section. 4.1.1;
- On models with automatic gearbox, both pinch the hose to the transmission oil cooler, and disconnect them from the radiator. At the same time follow the techami oil;
- Remove the grille and free access to the radiator from the front end;
- Disconnect the upper and lower hoses from the radiator;
- Unscrew and remove the radiator fixing it up. In the bottom part of the radiator has two guide pins which engage in corresponding holes at the bottom portion of the carrier;
- Assembly in reverse order. Pay attention to the mounting pegs into the holes accurately supporting part. The drain plug on the engine block torque to 30 Nm, plug in the bottom of the radiator - torque of 1.5 Nm;
on models with automatic gearbox attach the return hose and tighten nuts to 25 Nm;
- Pour coolant, as described in Section. 4.1. If new fluid is filled, prepare a new solution. If necessary, add oil to the transmission.
