The power steering is used operating in the cylinder valve. Depending on the direction of rotation of the steering wheel on the spool with one or other pressurized fluid acts, thereby reducing the force required for rotation. The power steering system uses a liquid similar to poured into the automatic gearbox. In Fig. 257, a separate fluid reservoir, located next to the power steering pump drive belt.
Liquid from the tank is supplied through the valve vane pump installed in the system.
Before removing any steering parts, check their condition.
