Removal of air from a hydraulic path of the clutch
| Since the working fluid is a clutch brake fluid before proceeding with the procedure, read the precautions outlined in Chapter Brakes and auxiliary systems. Remember that the brake fluid is toxic and chemically aggressive! |
The air from the clutch must be removed if the clutch pedal is released when no resets or returns or delayed, as well as infringement of serviceability of the clutch, and after opening the hydraulic path. Removal of air without the use of a special device | | If in the course of the procedure to completely remove the air from the path of the drive coupling can not be (there is gnashing of quality and broken clutch) should produce leveling system in a hundred with a special device (see. Below). |
- Check the level of brake fluid in the reservoir, if necessary, make appropriate adjustment (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
| During the procedure the liquid in the tank should not be unduly GTZ fall - Periodically adjusting its level by adding fresh! |
- Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
- Remove protection crankcase.
- Remove the dust cap from the valve on pumping slave cylinder. Tension on the gate length of transparent hose, the free end lower in the drain container partially filled with brake fluid to prevent air suction during pumping.
| The accompanying illustration is only informative, and can not fully comply with the described model. |
| Location bleeding valve on the clutch slave cylinder |
- Using the Allen wrench to loosen the valve carefully.
- Ask the assistant to about 10 times until it stops depress the clutch pedal and then lock it in the down position.
- Open the valve - the brake fluid begins to flow into the drain capacitance. With the weakening of the pressure, close the valve and repeat the procedure.
- Keep pumping up until pumped out of the system fluid is completely free of air bubbles / hose starts pushed fresh liquid (in the case of the exercise of its replacement), - do not forget to check and, when necessary, adjust the level of the liquid in the tank GTZ.
- When finished pumping, tighten the valve, remove the hose and put on a dust cap.
- Replace the crankcase.
- Adjust the liquid level in the tank GTZ (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
- Check the functioning of the brakes and clutch.

Removal of air using a special device Bleeding clutch hydraulic path with the help of a special device
| - In SRT air from the coupling system is removed, usually using a special instrument that provides the necessary fluid pressure in the hydraulic path. Listed below are the only deviation from the above-described standard procedure.
- Acting strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, connect the device to the tank GTZ.
- Follow the procedure in paragraph 4 (see. Above).
- Open the valve and keep it open until the end of the air release / start output of fresh liquid (when replacing the latter).
- Tightening the valve, disconnect the hose and install the dust cap.
- Disconnect the device.
- Adjust the level in the tank and close the last GTZ.
- Finally, make sure of serviceability of functioning of brake system and clutch.
