Removal and installation of the front suspension springs

Replacement suspension springs must be done in pairs for each axis!

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. At a corresponding complete disconnect from the crankcase rear axle traction control brake pressure (see. Conjugated. Illustration - the model without EBV).
  1. Disconnect from the frame diagonal bar suspension.
  1. Disconnect the vent line.
  1. Prop up the front wheel chock, Poddomkratte rear axle, then start the backup for the longitudinal control arm brackets.
  1. Release nuts and remove the bolts of the lower strut (see. Section Removal, check and installation of the rear shock absorbers).
  1. Lower the bridge and remove the coil springs suspension - try when lowering the bridge does not pinch the brake lines.
  1. If necessary, remove the rubber buffers.

  1. Installation is in the reverse order - make sure that the ends of the rod springs ran into a special projection of the lower plates.

Replacement springs should have the same color coding as the original.
