Details of the EGR positioner models 463.333 (M628)

1a-1d - Hoses cooling path 2 - ATF filler hole 2a-2c, 5a-5f - Bolts 3, 4 - Brackets 6a-6c - Gaskets	7 - Air Line 7a - Yokes Y27 / 9 - Left EGR positioner Y27 / 10 - Right EGR positioner

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Drain the cooling system (see chap. Current care and maintenance). Remove the air cleaner (see. Section Service Component inlet air path). Remove the left and right air inlets with sensors MAF (see. Section Service Component inlet air path). Disconnect the electrical wiring from the positioners EGR (Y27 / 9 and Y27 / 10). Remove the central section of the splash screen. Disconnect hoses from the positioners EGR cooling path (1a-1d). Remove the bolts (2a, 2b and 2c) and move toward the filler neck ATF (2) - Do not remove the dipstick. Remove the brackets (3 and 4), pribolchennye positioner EGR and the air distributor. Release the clip (7a) securing the air line (7). Remove the screws (5a-5f), and remove the positioner (Y27 / 9 and Y27 / 10). Installation is in the reverse order. Do not forget to replace the sealing elements.
