Service windshield wiper
Removing and installing brushes | - Raise the wiper arm in a fixed vertical position, taking him away from the glass.
- Release the clamp lock and remove the brush from the lever.
- Installation is in the reverse order. Track reliability snaps into place.

Replacing the working elements of brushes | - Remove the brush from the lever.
| - Grasp the elastic working element with the reference end and pull it to release the lock on the brush out. Moving to the side, remove the element from a brush (see. Accompanying illustration).

- Dress on the operating element, steel slide and thread it through the brush clamps, resting in the end retainer.
- Lubricate the end of the element and firmly snap it in end retainer brush.
- Set the brush down.

Removing and installing wiper arms Withdrawal | - Remove the protective cover from the fastening nut of the lever.
- Give a nut of fastening of the lever to the axis.
- Gently prying, remove the lever from the axis (see. Accompanying illustration).

Setting Installation is in the reverse order. | - Turn the drive motor in the parking position and align the brush, placing them in a 20 ÷ 30 mm above the sealing strip of the windscreen.
- Firmly tighten the nut.

Removing and installing wiper motor drive Withdrawal | - Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Disconnect an electric socket of the motor.
| - Give fixing bolts (see. Accompanying illustration) and remove the motor part of the bulkhead.

- Disconnect draft from the lever the engine and remove the latter from the vehicle.

Setting Installation is in the reverse order. | - Track reliability of fixing thrust on the lever of the motor.
- Firmly tighten all fasteners.
- Check the state and condition of the attachment of an electric socket.

Removal and installation of the actuator rod wiper | - Remove the wiper arms.
- Give fixing screws and remove the panel from the vehicle front fairing.
- Give bolts axes wiper arms.
- Disconnect draft from the electric motor.
- Remove the rod through the hole under the panel of the fairing.

Installation is in the reverse order.
