Management of air conditioning, ventilation and heating by means of the switch block, which is located below the central duct (Fig. 1.7). There are two basic configuration of heating and ventilation of the salon: the usual system, mechanically controlled, and its expanded version - system Thermotronic, which allows faster and easier to control temperature in the car. Thermotronic system controlled by the processor, information which is transmitted in the external and internal temperature sensors. In the presence of this system eliminates the need for mechanical adjustment of the heating system of ventilation. Use the four-way rotary switch (1) you can start the fan and adjust the rotation speed. Note that at position "0" the air intake is closed, the fan is switched off and ambient air is not fed into the cabin - it may cause fogging. Between positions "0" and "1", the flow of outside air is controlled by the fan off.
NOTE In vehicles equipped with an air filter in the ventilation system, the switch (1) it is advisable to set to "0" only when the outside air is heavily polluted by exhaust gases or other substances. The dust and particulate impurities contained in the air is absorbed by the filter. |
By means of the regulator (2) is used to select the temperature of air supplied to the cabin. The leftmost position of the controller corresponds to the low temperature, extreme right - high. Switch (3) you make a choice of direction air: the windshield and windows of the front door in the middle and lower part of the cabin (see. Table. 1.1). The airflow direction is shown in Fig. 1.8. Also, you can separately open and close the central ducts (partially or completely). To open the duct, turn the throttle all the way up or to the right; to close - all the way down or left. Changing the position of the guide plates of air ducts is regulated by the flow of air vertically, and rotating the toothed ring disposed in the lattice duct - horizontally.

Recommendations for the use of heating and ventilation systems: - Always make sure that the external air inlet grille is not clogged with snow, ice, dry leaves, etc .; - Remember that the duration of the warm interior is dependent on the coolant temperature: warm up the interior as quickly as possible only when the engine is warm and the engine, especially in cold weather, when the heating of the passenger compartment is heated more slowly; - The air coming out of the cabin through the vents in the side trim of the luggage compartment, in order to ensure proper ventilation, make sure that these openings were not closed luggage.
