Sump



For operations with oil pump / oil receivers must remove the sump:
- Securely fixing the car, lift the front part of it, is firmly set on its support;
- Remove the bottom mudguard of the engine;
- On engines ABU, AEA, ABD remove the exhaust pipe;
- Disconnect the right drive shaft from output flange Transmission;
- Remove the screws that secure the tray, if necessary, to access the left fastening of the pallet, remove the bolts and remove the cover plate flywheel with transmission;
- Carefully separate from the crankcase sump, remove and discard the gasket - be sure to use a new one.
Installing the pallet is held in reverse order of removal. Before its implementation, remove all traces of sealant from the mating surfaces of the cylinder and pallet with a clean cloth and wipe desirable to degrease the edge of the pallet.
