Measurement of deterioration of gear belts on diesel engines

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release the clips and remove the casing of a gear belt.
	2. Using a caliper, measure the width of the toothed belt. If the width of the toothed belt more than 22 mm, it indicates the approach of belt wear and should be replaced.
