Removal and installation of roller levers exhaust valves



Remove the camshafts.
Drain the coolant.
Remove the connecting pipe EGR valve / bypass cap.
Remove the thermostat housing from the cylinder head.
Remove the locking bolts and mounting plug axis.

Screw the puller in the insertion axis (Fig. 2.308).
Remove the insertion axis, lightly tapping.
Installation is performed in reverse sequence, with the following.

NOTE
Operated roller levers places do not change.

Insert the plug-in axis of the cylinder head and the roller lever.
Tighten the fixing bolt insertion axis with torque 10 Nm.
Replace the screw plug and tighten the new locking bolt with a torque of 10 Nm.
