Removal and installation of servo-leveling, headlamp manufacturer - Hella



NOTE
The figure shows the lamp replacement servo equalizer on the left headlight.
Replace the left and right servo servo-leveling is performed in a similar manner.

Withdrawal
Remove the headlamp.

Remove the protective cap 1 (Fig. 7.59).

Turn the servo-leveling 1 in the direction of the arrow and remove the actuator (Fig. 7.60).

Disconnect plug 2 servo-leveling 1 (Fig. 7.61).

Setting
Install in reverse order, with the following should be considered.

Carefully place the ball head servo-leveling 1 in the guide, with pull back reflector (Fig. 7.62).
Now set the actuator to clamp and rotate about 30 ?� clockwise until it clicks.

NOTE
When installing pay attention to the tight fit of the cap. Ingestion of water lights, headlamp may be spoiled.
