Installation of the lower arm
When installing the lower arm to perform the work needed in the following sequence:

- Mount the lower arm from the body via the adjusting bolt 1 (see. Fig. 8.9); - Put the trailing arm bolt; - Pull down the wheel suspension and put a bolt shock absorber; - Put the nuts and tighten them with your fingers; - Check the cleanliness of the contact surfaces of the brake disc and hub. Lubricate the central guide pin at the front of the hub anticorrosive composition 1161038-3. Place the wheel and slightly tighten the bolts, then tighten them diagonally torque of 110 Nm.
A WARNING It is important to perform the tightness diagonally, applying a specified time. This will prevent the formation voltage in the brake disc. |
- Put the hub cap; - Remove the support and swing the car a few times up and down;

- Put the adjusting screw to its original position (Fig. 8.12); - Tighten the bolts by the following factors: the trailing arm bolt torque 90 Nm shock absorber bolt torque to 80 Nm, the bolt on the body to 80 N ?� m. - Mount the stabilizer bar on the lower lever, tighten the bolt to a torque of 45 Nm; - Check and, if necessary, adjust the wheel alignment.
