Replacing the traction control convergence



Rubber bushings traction control does not replace convergence. In the case of wear should be replaced toe traction control assembly, which follow these steps:

Bolts toe traction control to the body (1) and the longitudinal arm (2)

- Mark the position of the adjusting screw 1 (Fig. 8.8);
- Remove the two screws 2 of the trailing arm and adjusting bolt of the body;
- Remove the traction control convergence;
- Fit the thrust control of a convergence on the trailing arm and tighten bolts of 2 to 35 N ?� m;
- Substitute support under traction control toe, tighten the bolt 1 from the body;
- Turn the adjusting screw to its original position;
- Remove the support and swing the car a few times up and down;
- Tighten the nut of the adjusting bolt torque 80 Nm;
- Check and, if necessary, adjust the wheel alignment.
