Preparation and anti-corrosion treatment Hollow Body

Due to the use of complex technological equipment and the need for high-quality work performance processing cavities should be performed only at service stations cars.

The order of operations for corrosion protection of cavities as follows:

- Park the vehicle on a lift, remove and trim parts, impeding access to the cavities;

- Flush with water temperature 40-50 ?� C through technological and drainage holes and cavities of the body to the bottom of the net outflow of water. Sliding glass doors should be raised;

- Remove moisture, which fell into the cabin and trunk, blow compressed air all the places anticorrosive coating compositions;

- Auto moving the camera application of anti-corrosion composition and install the lift. Apply spray anticorrosive composition;

- Lower the car with the lift, clean dirt from the exterior body panels with a cloth soaked in white spirit.
