Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Remove the hose and a crankcase ventilation valve. | 2. Remove the cover of a gear belt. | 3. Remove the cylinder head cover. | 4. Remove the bolts and remove the rocker arm shaft assembly, rocker arms and springs. | | 5. Remove the screws and remove the rocker arm shaft. |

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Check the ease and smoothness of rotation of the roller. | 2. Check the end of the valve stem. If the end of the rod is worn or riveted, replace the valve. | 3. Check the surface of the hydraulic jacks of backlashes of valves in contact with the valve stem. If the surface is worn or damaged, replace the hydraulic jacks of backlashes of valves. |

Rocker shaft
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Check the rocker arm shafts for damage. | | 2. Check the cleanliness of the hole for lubrication. |
| Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Install the rocker arm spring and the rocker arm shaft. Install the rocker arm shaft in the cylinder head and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. Torque: 20-27 N ??? m | | 2. When installing the rocker arm, spring rolls and note the difference between rockers rockers A and B. | | 3. Install the cylinder head cover and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. Torque: 8-10 N ??? m |
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | A warning Before installing the cylinder head cover, apply sealant to the mating surface of the cylinder head.
| 1. Apply a thin layer of sealant, since, otherwise, it will be forced by the cylinder head cover and can disrupt valve operating mechanism. | | 2. Use only sealant ?��1212D or equivalent. | | 3. Establish a casing of a gear belt.
Torque: 10-12 N ??? m | 4. Replace the air filter. | 5. Install a hose and crankcase ventilation valve. |
