Checking coolant density
| - Hydrometer, measure the specific gravity of the coolant.
| - Measure the temperature of the coolant, and depending on the temperature to calculate the concentration in the antifreeze coolant.
|
Example Safe Operating Temperature -15 ? C with the suspension and the specific gravity of 1,058 coolant temperature 20 ? C. |
|
| - If the concentration of coolant is below 30%, lowered coolant anticorrosive properties.
- At a concentration of more than 60% frost coolant deteriorates. For these reasons, make sure that the concentration of the antifreeze in the coolant is in the exact limits.
- Do not use coolant with another brand of antifreeze.
