Guided and clutch pressure plate
Withdrawal | - Drain the oil from the gearbox and brake fluid from the hydraulic clutch.
- Remove the gearbox.
- Set 09411-25000 mandrel to center the clutch disc, which in this case excludes drop the clutch disc.
- Gradually on a diagonal, loosen the bolts in the clutch assembly.
| - Loosen each bolt 1/2 of a turn until the stop is not the action of the diaphragm spring, and bolts can be unscrewed by hand. Remove the clutch cover with the pressure plate and clutch disc.
| Do not clean solvent clutch disc or clutch. It is desirable to remove the flywheel and check the back sealing ring of the crankshaft for leaks. If necessary, replace the O-ring. |

Check of a casing of coupling with a press disk | - Check the diaphragm spring in contact with the release bearing for wear, cracks and determine the height difference between the ends of the diaphragm spring. In the presence of defects, replace the clutch cover with the pressure plate.
- Check the pressure plate for cracks, metal penetration and wear surfaces.
- Check the riveted joints.
Check clutch | - Check the riveted joints friction linings to the disc clutch. In the presence of defects, replace the clutch disc.
| - Measure the thickness of the brake disc.
- Check the condition of the friction linings and the clutch plate in the presence with them of traces of oil or mechanical damages replace a coupling disk.
- Clean the splines on the input shaft of the gearbox to the shaft and install the clutch disc. If the clutch disc is moved along the shaft difficult or too large a gap in the splined connection, replace the clutch disc and / or input shaft.
Checking release bearing | Clutch is sealed and can not be cleaned. |
| - Check the condition of the clutch release bearing which should rotate easily, smoothly and quietly and it should no longer play. The working surface of the bearing influencing a press spring should be smooth, without cracks, local corrosion or development.
- Faulty clutch can be determined without removing it from the car, which is necessary when the engine is running, press the clutch pedal. If the clutch pedal is pressed, an additional noise, means clutch is faulty and must be replaced.

Check the clutch fork If there is uneven wear at the points of contact with the clutch release bearing, replace the release fork. Setting
