The hydraulic transmission control consists of the following components: 1) The oil pump creates hydraulic pressure. 2) Control: maintains the hydraulic pressure at a constant level. 3) solenoid valves: TCM convert the signals into hydraulic pressure. 4) Pressure control valve: controls the hydraulic pressure applied to the clutch and brake according to the hydraulic pressure of the solenoidal valve. 5) Individual valves: transmitting the line pressure to various oil lines. These elements are arranged in the valve body.
Independent electronic control of hydraulic pressure clutches and brakes by switching solenoidal valve ensures smooth and very sensitive gear.
The oil filter is installed in only one place. Also, the use of a newly developed transmission fluid (ATF) provides a significantly longer life gearbox.
To prevent leakage of the ATF case of valves, clutches and brakes with the engine off, drainage channels connected to valves with a single drainage channel located at the highest point of the housing and at the end of the drain water ball valve installed.
When an electronic control system malfunction, the valve switch and the original location of the valves allow a movement in 3rd gear or reverse gear.
