Substitution fluid in an automatic transmission
If replacement of the fluid in the torque converter, and replace the fluid in the transmission. If the replacement fluid in the torque converter is not carried out, replace the fluid in the gearbox follows. | - Disconnect the hose, which connects the transmission and the oil cooler (radiator side). Remove the drain plug from the bottom of the gearbox and drain the liquid.
- Install the drain plug gasket and tighten the torque given in the specification. Torque: 32 N ??? m.
- Pour the required amount of liquid required.
| Stop fill liquid if desired amount can not be filled in the gearbox. |
- If you have filled in more of the transmission fluid, repeat the procedure in accordance with step 1.
- Connect the hose which was disconnected in step (1) and firmly insert the dipstick.
- Start the engine and let it run for 1-2 minutes at idling speed.
- With the engine running, move the selector lever out of position ?�N?� to all positions and back into position ?�N?�.
- Take a trip to a warm-up transmission to temperature 70-80 ?� C. Park the car on a level surface. Check the fluid level, which should be between labels ?�HOT?�. If necessary, add the required amount of liquid required.
| - Firmly insert the dipstick transmission fluid.
