Removal and installation of levers of a back suspension

To avoid slipping axle housing from the position that would greatly complicate subsequent assembly, remove and install each of the suspension arms alternately. If for any reason you need to remove more than one arm, support the bridge trolley jack.

Poddomkratte back of the car and establish it on props.

Upper Arm

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Give a nut and bolt of the upper arm to the bracket axle housing.

Details of the linkage rear suspension.

To remove the upper arm of the rear suspension bracket axle housing give this nut (arrow) and a bolt (not visible in the picture).

Give a nut and bolt securing the upper suspension arm to the frame rail bracket and remove the arm from the car.

To remove the upper control arm bracket from the frame beams give a nut (by reaching her through a hole in the opposite wall of the beam and a bolt (arrow).

Check the lever for cracks and deformations. Bushings check for cuts and cracks. In case of defects, replace the lever.
Install in reverse order. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.

The lower arm

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Give a nut and bolt of the lower arm to an arm of the bridge.

To remove the lower arm of the rear suspension bracket axle housing give the nut bolt (arrow).

Give a bolt and nut securing the lower arm to the beam frame and remove the lower arm from the vehicle.

To remove the lower arm of the rear suspension bracket beam frame give a nut (not visible in the picture) and the bolt (arrow).

Install in reverse order. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.

Both lever

Remove the jacks and lower the car to the ground.
