Removal and installation of the transverse jet bar front suspension

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
Remove the cotter pin and nut give the ball stud on the frame rail bracket. Discard the cotter pin. After the give nut ball stud must drop out of the bracket. If they do not have to use the ball joint separator forked. To minimize the risk of damage to the hinge cover pre-lubricate the tool and cover.

Fasteners transverse jet bar (front).

If the ball stud in the upper end of the jet bar can not be recovery from the upper arm of the frame, use the forked separator ball joints.

Give a bolt and nut fastening jet bar to the bracket on the right (with the passenger's side) front end of the axle housing and remove the rod.

Give screw (arrow) with a nut (not visible in the picture) and lift the lower end of the jet bar frame bracket axle housing.

Install in reverse order. Fixture tighten with demanded effort.
