|
- To establish joint of the intermediate shaft to the gear (see Fig. 201), tighten the screw (pos. 6 to Fig. 198) and tighten to 25-30 Nm; - Slowly lower engine support, tighten the bolts to 85 Nm. Remove the lifting device; - Set the air duct; - Screw the union nut power steering hoses and tighten them (be sure to remove the previously installed on the hose clamp); - Shock resistant nuts tighten 90-110 Nm, and close the cover; - Connect the brake lines to the tee and tighten to 12-16 Nm; - Connect the wires wear of brake pads and tighten it to a torque of 10 Nm. Check if the wire is laid; - Set the wheels and tighten bolts of their fastening by hand. After dropping the car to tighten the wheel bolts torque 160-180 Nm; - Set caps; - Bleed the brake (see. The relevant section); - Start up the engine and let it run for a while. Several times turn the steering wheel from one extreme position to another. Stop the engine and check the fluid level in the power steering reservoir. If necessary, add a liquid.
