Replacing headlamps

Lamps replaced from the rear lights. In Fig. 318 is shown mounting lamps, contacts, etc. When replacing bulbs in the headlights, you must do the following: - Disconnect the battery negative terminal. Open the bonnet to access the rear of the headlamps;

- Remove the cover by releasing the clips (arrows) from the rear of headlamp, as shown in Fig. 319. When replacing the lamp beam - Loosen the retaining spring, remove the lamp 2 (see. Fig. 318) and remove the plug. When replacing the lamp side light - Insert the lamp 4 is inserted from the rear side lights. The cartridge is secured bayonet lock. To remove the cartridge, press inward and turning, remove. When replacing bulbs fog lamps - Loosen the retaining spring, remove the lamp 3 and disconnect the plug. When replacing the lamps beam headlamps - To remove the lamps must be removed the lamp housing; - Loosen the retaining spring, remove the lamp 1 and disconnect the plug; - Wrapping paper napkin new lamp, take her a glass flask and set in the cartridge. Pay attention to the correct setting. Work on the installation to take place in reverse order. If the lamp is replaced with only one headlight, adjustment shall not be broken.
