Details setting of the selector module on models of release on 08/31/99 (without sequential switching range of motion)
| - On models of release 8.31.99 set selector module without the sequential shift range of motion. Details of installation of the module shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
- Disconnect the traction drive switch from the intermediate lever (97).
- Remove insulating mat.
- Remove the 4 bolts (40).
- Disconnect the wiring from the sensor-circuit (S16 / 10 and S16 / 10s2) and electromagnetic activator lock switching R / P.
- Remove the selector module, check the condition of its seal (39), - in case of need make replacement.
- Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of installation of the gasket (39).

Models of release since 1.9.99 Details of the installation of the electronic module selector on models of release c 01.09.99 (c sequential switching function range of motion) | | |
| - On models of release since 1.9.99 is an electronic module with the function selector switch sequentially ranges of motion (see chap. Controls and receptions of safe operation). Details of installation of the module shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
- Disconnect the traction drive of switching from AT intermediate lever (3).
- Remove the center console
- Remove insulating mat.
- Press locking tab (1b), turn connector (1c) at 90 ? in the direction of the arrow and pull, disconnect a cable lock EIS (1) of the selector module (N15 / 5)
- 3 Remove the bolt (2).
- Disconnect the electrical connector (5).
- Remove the selector unit (N15 / 5), check the condition of its seal (4) - in case of need make replacement.
- Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of installation of the gasket. When connecting a cable lock EIS (1) make sure that the ignition switch is set to "0". Make sure of serviceability of functioning lock, - concluded the selector lever from the "P" must be resolved only at the squeezed out pedal of a foot brake in position "2" ignition, removing the key from the lock should be possible only in the "P" selector lever.
- Finally, clean the memory module on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
