Replace accessory drive belt and its tension elements of the mechanism
Details of installation of accessory drive belt on models equipped with engine series 111
| - Details of installation of accessory drive belt on models equipped with engine series 111, shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
- At a corresponding complete set remove the viscous clutch cooling fan (26), - fixing a left-hand thread. On models with electric fan, remove the fan assembly (see chap. System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- At a corresponding complete set remove the V-shaped belt (10) driving the compressor K / V.
- Expanding the lever (2) with a tensioner pulley (3) counter-clockwise at the hairpin (4), loosen the tension accessory drive belt (11).
 | Do not turn the lever on the tension wheel nut. |
- Remove the belt (11) and evaluate its state (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust). If necessary, replace.
- Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of component placement mechanism for automatically adjusting the tension (A and B).

- Remove the fan cover (1) cooling system (see chap. System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- Remove the drive belt (2).
- Otboltite and remove the tension roller (3).
- Releasing the fixing bolt using the key of bar (15), remove the damper tensioner (9).
- Installation is in the reverse order.

- On models with K / otboltite support bracket (10).
- Expand the tensioner arm heels (4) anticlockwise and lock the rod (01) inserted in a special receiving opening (arrow), thus providing access to the upper fixing bolt (12).
- Otboltite tensioner (41) and remove it from the engine.
- Installation is in the reverse order.

- Remove the fan assembly (1 and 2) (do so in accordance with a joint) (see chap. System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- Expanding the pin (4) of the tension roller (5) anti-clockwise to loosen the belt (3) and lock the clip using a rod with a diameter of 5 mm.
- Remove the belt and carefully examine its state (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust). If necessary, replace.
- Installation is in the reverse order.
