Removal of air from a hydraulic path of a drive differential lock

1 - Executive cylinder front axle
2 - Executive cylinder rear axle

3 - Hydraulic fluid reservoir

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Acting strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, connect the device for filling the brake fluid to the reservoir (3) hydraulic fluid drive locking differentials.

Working pressure should be 2 atm.

  1. Release valve pumping at the executive first front cylinder (1), then the rear (2) of the bridge - the procedure can be considered complete when, through the valve will be released about 80 cm 3 free of air bubbles in the liquid.
  2. Make sure that the pumping valves have been tightened with demanded effort.
  3. Disconnect the equipment and check the fluid level in the reservoir (3), if necessary, make appropriate adjustment (see chap. Current care and maintenance).
