Transfer case



Changing the oil in the transfer case

Oil change should be done after a warm-up transmission to normal working temperature.


Location drain (1) and the filler (2) distributing boxes plugs


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Post car on the lift horizontally.
  2. Carefully wipe the surface of the transfer case around the drain (1) and the filler (2) of traffic jams.
  3. Remove both plugs and wait until oil leaks from crankcase.
  4. Clean, screw into place and tighten with demanded effort drain plug.
  5. Fill the transfer case required amount of oil corresponding grades (see. Specifications).
  6. Before screwing thoroughly clean the filler plug. Tightening plugs are also produced with the required effort.
