Preliminary checks

Before checking KSUD necessary to carry out the work described below, and to eliminate the revealed with the failure.

Ensure serviceability of the circuit starting the engine: the battery, the power cables and the starter.

Make sure there is sufficient fuel of appropriate quality.

Verify proper installation of the fuel filter, as well as the fact that it is not clogged.

Make sure the tightness of the fuel vapor recovery systems and removal of crankcase gases and that the hoses are not pinched.

Check the inlet pipe: pipes and gaskets must be sealed, clamps tight, clean the filter element.

Exhaust gas recirculation should be OK, pipelines are sealed.

Check the condition of the circuit preheating: integrity and compliance with the recommended wire specifications.

Engine fuel supply system must be tight, leaks in fittings and pipes are not allowed.

Make sure the tightness of the exhaust system.

Check the condition and adjustment of a cable of a drive throttle control: move from stop to stop and ease of movement.

Evaluate the technical condition of the engine: check the compression setting of the initial ignition timing tightness of the cylinder head gasket, the state of the system components and assemblies.
