The two-year maintenance interval
Board information system does not notify. Replacing the coolant is as follows: - Drain the old fluid from the cooling system of the engine, previously substituting a sufficient amount of capacity for the connection of the radiator and the lower hose. Then, loosen the hose clamp and remove the hose from the radiator pipe, being careful not apply too much force, so as not to damage the radiator hose. - Flushing the cooling system is highly desirable procedure because the channels of the cooling system clogged over time, rust, scale and other deposits. As a consequence, it may interfere with the heat exchange between the engine cooling system and the external environment: the machine can start to overheat in hot weather, possible poor performance interior heater. To restore the efficiency of the cooling system, it is necessary to periodically wash; - Remove all hoses from the radiator, then insert into the top (inlet) pipe a garden hose and let the clean water through the radiator. Continue washing until the water is flowing from the bottom, the outlet is clear, if even after prolonged washing water runs were not cleaned or you can rinse the radiator using special cleaner for cooling. In case of severe contamination (eg when violated patency radiator) can try to wash the cooler in the opposite direction; - To flush the channels the water jacket of the engine, remove the thermostat, then replace the cover only. Disconnect from the radiator upper and lower hoses, insert the flush hose to the upper inlet of the engine. After completion of the washing procedure, reinstall the thermostat and pipes, making sure their proper condition;
A WARNING Obey all instructions of the manufacturer. |
- Fill the cooling system antifreeze recommended brand (see. Table. 1.4): remove the reservoir tank cover and fill the system, pouring coolant into the expansion tank slowly to avoid air pockets. If you are a complete replacement of the coolant, first pour about two to three liters of distilled water and then have the right amount of antifreeze, and then again add more water. As soon as the level in the expansion tank will begin to rise several times to actively tighten the upper and lower radiator hoses - it will help remove the air from the cooling system. When all air is removed, add coolant to the mark "MAX", and then replace the reservoir tank cover; - Start the engine, warm it up to operating temperature, then turn off the engine and let it cool, then check the engine cooling system for leaks, especially around those elements, which made any action. Check the coolant level in the expansion tank and, if necessary, add a liquid. Note that to determine the correct level in the expansion tank is necessary that the system is cold. Replacing the brake fluid is as follows: - Use only approved and recommended for the vehicle brake fluid, to carry out this operation will need a helper; - Remove the brake system of all of the liquid down to the devastation of the master cylinder reservoir;
A WARNING Make sure that the shelf life of the brake fluid has not expired, and in any case do not use the liquid that was in an open container, as it absorbs moisture from the air, which could lead to brake failure! |
- Fill with new fluid to the mark "MAX" and continue pumping until it comes out of the bleed nipple. Tighten the nipple and dopeyte liquid up to the mark "MAX" on the tank; - Perform the specified operation for all the remaining points of pumping, while from them only a new liquid flow. In carrying out this operation carefully, make sure that the fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir was kept above a mark ?MIN?, otherwise the air again will get into the brake system, respectively bleeding procedure will have to perform again; - After the replacement of the brake fluid, make sure that all the nipples are bleeding tight and dust caps are closed, but before you go, check the brakes, check for leaks in the brake system. Check the integrated engine management system (KSUD). Part of the maintenance schedule provided by the manufacturer, involves checking the engine control errors (including past, information about which is stored in the electronic control unit) with the help of special test equipment, refer to the service station, which is located in such a equipment.
