| 1. The engine is installed in the engine compartment of a vehicle, check the engine oil level and coolant. Check that all earlier removed wires and hoses are in place. |
| 2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel pump. |
| 3. Remove the spark plug and unplug the electrical connector from the ignition coil. Turn the engine a starter as long as the oil pressure warning lamp goes out, then screw the spark plug and connect the electrical connectors to the ignition coil and the fuel pump. |
| 4. Start the engine. Starting may be longer than usual due to the shutdown of the fuel system. |
