A method of tightening the mounting bolt sprocket belt drive
NOTE To fix the gear drive V-belt gradually introduced Kit. The repair kits will include one bearing sleeve and two washers of different inner diameter with a diamond coating. Both of these goals to prevent rotation of the crankshaft tightening the fastening bolts. Prior to implementing repair kit should always use new fixing bolt. The support sleeve is allowed to re-use. Using the repair kit.

The order of execution of works Open guides and disconnect the wiring connector from EGR valve.
Unscrew bolts 1 and remove the cover 2 exhaust camshaft (Fig. 2.23). Rotate the crankshaft in the direction of engine rotation before TDC of the first cylinder.
Mark the position of the hole in the exhaust camshaft 1 and the camshaft housing 2 colored pencil (Fig. 2.24).
NOTE Check that the mating surfaces of the mounting bolt to the crankshaft sprocket has not been oil and grease. |
First Push support sleeve 3 and 2 washer (inner diameter 23 mm) on the retaining bolt 1. Screw the mounting bolt 1 by about 2 turns to the crankshaft.

|
Screw the new mounting bolt 1 with a gear drive V-belt 2 and the washer 3 (inner diameter 19 mm) in the crankshaft journal (Fig. 2.26). Always use a new bolt. New mounting bolt can be distinguished by nadsverlennoy head.
NOTE When tightening, do not allow random rotation gear drive V-belt at an angle (180 ?) to secure the key. |
Tightening torque 150 Nm + to tighten on 1/2. (180 ?). Hold the gear drive V-ribbed belt with a wrench to lock. Check the position of the exhaust camshaft. Both the level 1 and 2 must match. If both the level 1 and 2 do not match, repeat the operation with a new washer (Fig. 2.24).
