Broken wire with repair in two places



Release the wire that must be repaired in two places (about 20 cm on both sides of the relevant place of repair).
If necessary, remove the coil harness folding knife.
Route the yellow repair wire near the damaged wire and pliers for stripping otrezhte repair wire length needed.
Vyrezhte damaged section of wire.

Strip 6-7 mm of insulation from the ends of the wire with pliers for stripping (Fig. 7.132).
Push crimp sleeve on the one hand on the end of the wire in the car, on the other hand on the end of the repair wire.

Crimp sleeve crimp crimping tool with both ends of the wires (Fig. 7.133).
Repeat on the other end of the repair wire.

NOTE
Be sure to use an appropriate tip for used crimp sleeve.
Wire insulation pressure test is impossible.

After crimping crimp sleeve need to sit down, to prevent moisture ingress into.
Fit the extension of the industrial hair dryer, 220 V / 50 Hz.

Heat crimp sleeve hairdryer in the longitudinal direction from the middle to the edges until it is fully compressed and the glue on the end of the projection (Fig. 7.134).

ATTENTION
When shrinkage crimp connections make sure that the nozzle of the hair dryer to warm not to damage other wires, plastic parts or insulation.

Observe the manual dryer.

NOTE
If necessary, repair the wiring, observe several specific distance between crimping sleeves. to girth harness has not appeared after repair too thick crimp sleeve set with some displacement relative to each other.
If the place was renovated originally it wrapped in duct tape, then renovated it should wrap yellow tape.
Renovated after the harness should, if necessary, fix a collar to tie the wires to avoid extraneous sounds while driving.
