Removal and installation of the production of LuK clutch
Withdrawal Remove the gearbox. Insert the support to release the screws. Release the screws gradually, crosswise. Remove the pressure plate and clutch disc.

NOTE Replace the clutch discs and pressure plates with damaged or no connection to the rivets. Replace the clutch disc and pressure plate together only. Determine the pressure plate and clutch disc by Engine code. Put on the pressure plate on the locator pins. To center the clutch plate using the centering rod. Evenly tighten all screws by hand until the screw head is not adjacent to the pressure plate. When installing a new pressure plate and clutch disc, check the position of the adjusting ring in the pressure plate (Fig. 3.37).
