Exhaust system
The exhaust system of the petrol engine 1. Bracket 2. Stopper 3. Bolts (M6 - 10 Nm M8 - 25 Nm M10 - 40 Nm) 4. The tube measuring CO 5. The compound, 30 Nm 6. Laying 7. Exhaust manifold 8. Bracket - between the intake manifold and exhaust manifold 9. The front exhaust pipe 10. Hinge 11. Clamping collar - Align the system as exhaust, a clamping sleeve in the longitudinal direction, the dimensions 14, 15 and 16 were exposed | 12. Retaining ring - pay attention to the performance of 13. Middle Silencer 14. Dimension "a" = 45-55 mm 15. The size of "b" = 1-2 mm 16. The size of the "C" = 25-35 mm 17. Exhaust muffler 18. The catalyst 19. Lambda probe, 50 Nm - lubricated with grease only the thread G5. G5 should not fall into the splined region of the probe body 20. Warm plate |
In the gasoline engine exhaust system consists of the following parts: the exhaust manifold, front exhaust pipe, catalyst, middle silencer and exhaust muffler. The diesel engine is in addition to the exhaust manifold and the front exhaust pipe, silencer and middle silencer. Required to adjust the catalyst oxygen sensor (only petrol engine) is screwed into the front tube near the flange. The figures show the exhaust system 4-cylinder engines. They fully comply systems 5-cylinder engines.
The exhaust system of the diesel engine 1. Nuts (M6 = 5 Nm M8 = 25 Nm M10 = 40 Nm) 2. Laying 3. Exhaust manifold 4. The contact ring - only replace in case of damage or depressurization. Remove the screwdriver 5. The spring plate 6. Front exhaust pipe 7. Clamping collar - exhaust gas discharge system so Align clamping sleeve in the longitudinal direction, the dimensions 15 and 16 are kept | 8. Optional silencer 9. Suspension 10. Holder 11. Retaining Ring 12. Middle Silencer 13. The exhaust pipe 14. A thermal barrier fencing 15. The size of "a" = 50 ? 5 mm 16. The size of "b" = 30 ? 5

1.9 liter turbocharged diesel engine (50 kW / 68 hp..) Is equipped with an additional catalyst between the front exhaust pipe and silencer and an additional feedback control of the exhaust gas. Contact the exhaust gas flow through the connecting pipe attached to the exhaust manifold, which removes part of the exhaust gases through a controlled vacuum valve return flow of exhaust gases into the intake manifold.
Adjust the return flow of exhaust gases is carried out two-way valve which, in turn, is controlled by an automatic control unit heater.
When the engine is cold (below 50 ? C) reverse flow of exhaust gases is closed.
The sensor output of uniform motion on the pump, determines that the exhaust gas must be fed back if the engine is running on the power of uniform motion (partial power).
At speeds of 1200 rev / min, reverse flow of exhaust gases is interrupted for 2 seconds, and 2,900 rev / min closed.
Proofreading sensor altitude off the return flow at an altitude of about 100 m.
All components of the exhaust system screwed together or connected to the spring plates and can be replaced individually. Self-clamping nuts and gaskets are replaced after removal. Rubber dampers are tested for porosity and damage, if necessary, replaced. Checking the status of retaining rings, replaced damaged.
When installing a new exhaust system is also recommended that you replace all fasteners.
