Adjustment and replacement of the throttle cable
If the throttle control is impossible to achieve complete opening or closing the throttle valve or actuator is jammed, replace the accelerator cable. You will need: a screwdriver, pliers. | | 2. When the accelerator pedal is fully depressed (this must be an assistant) to check the position of the throttle - it should be fully open, and when the accelerator pedal is released - is completely closed. Otherwise, the drive must be adjusted. | 3. Remove from the slot tip sheath spring clip and moving the tip in the opening rubber damper forward in until the throttle is fully closed. When less than full throttle moving back in until the damper is fully opened. Fix the end of the cable in the new position by inserting the bracket into its corresponding slot. |
NOTE If the cable is properly adjusted, the deflection of the efforts of his hand between the tip of the shell branch and sector of the throttle unit should be no more than 10 mm. |

If the cable is stretched as much as possible the movement of the tip of the shell in the damper, and the throttle is still not fully open, increase the full stroke of the accelerator pedal stop screw mounted on the pedal under the dashboard. When releasing the screw of the pedal bracket increases its course, with screwing - decreases. | 5. To replace the cable, remove the tip of the throttle cable from the groove sector and disconnect the cable from the throttle assembly. |
| | 6. Bring a damper cover of a cable from the slot bracket. | 7. In the cabin under the dashboard squeeze screwdriver collet tip of a cable, pull it out of the hole, and bring the pedal cable from the slot in the pedal. |
8. Pull the cable into the engine compartment through the hole in the bulkhead. 9. Install the accelerator cable in the reverse order of removal. 10. After installation, adjust the tension of the cable (see. Pp. 1-4 of this subsection).
