Removal, installation and check of atomizers

Symptoms of nozzles:
- Complicated start the engine;
- Unstable operation of the engine;
- The engine stalls at idle;
- Increased engine speed to idle;
- Engine does not develop full power, a lack of engine response;
- Jumps and dips in the engine when the vehicle is moving;
- Increased fuel consumption;
- Increased content of CO and HC in the exhaust gas;
- Surface ignition due to leaking injectors.
You will need: a flat-blade screwdriver, avtotester.
1. First check the serviceability of coil injectors. To do this, unplug the injector harness pads, moving up their spring clamps.
2. Check the resistance of the winding nozzle. In a working nozzle it should be 12.5-13.5 ohms. If the winding resistance is not correct, replace the nozzle, as it is non-repairable.
NOTE
Check the nozzles on the spray form of the fuel spray and leak spend at specialized service stations, since such a check directly on the car are highly inflammable.

3. Remove the fuel rail (see. "Removing and installing the fuel rail").
4. Pry the screwdriver ...
5. ... and remove the nozzle holder.
6. Remove the stem from the nozzle opening of the ramp. Similarly remove the remaining nozzles.
NOTE
Pay attention to the marking of nozzles. Purchase new nozzles with the same marking.

7. Each time you remove the injectors, always replace all the nozzles at the top ...
8. ... and lower O-rings.
9. If you are installing the old nozzles, gently rinse them with spray solvent or carburetor cleaner.

A WARNING
Not allowed washing nozzles dipped in a detergent composition, as this will damage the electrical parts.

10. Install the nozzle in the reverse order of removal. Before installation grease injector O-rings with engine oil.
11. Install the nozzle in the fuel rail and the rail on the intake pipe and connecting pipes to the ramp, start up the engine and check the tightness of the pipe connections and seals nozzles.
