Installing a locking key



It is expected that the ignition key can not be removed from the lock cylinder to disconnect a cable lock of the castle. To eliminate these problems in the repair and maintenance of the following guidelines.

  1. Assembling the cable lock and ignition
    1. The ignition switch is mounted on the steering column. Turn the ignition key to the lock position ?�LOCK?�.
    2. Screw connect a cable lock and ignition.
  1. Assembling the cable lock and shift lever
    1. Set the selector lever in position ?�P?�.

    b. After installing the cable lock, as shown, to loosen the nut M8 mounting plate cable lock so that the plate can be turned after the application of a specific force.

    c. Turning the plate with a fixed rope in the direction ?�F?�, eliminate cable slack at ?�B?�. When slack rope or pull in the direction of ?�X?�, as this key can not get out of the ignition lock cylinder.
    d. Tighten the M8 nuts fastening the cable lock.
