Dismantling


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the pulley cover.
  1. The special tool remove a pulley.
  1. Remove the three screws and remove the vacuum pump.
  1. Remove the nuts terminals "B" on the back cover, remove the bushing and remove the five bolts back cover.
  1. Remove the four coupling bolts, and remove the back cover.
  1. If you need to remove the voltage regulator, four-wire Unsolder stator rectifier diodes.
  1. Separate the rotor, the stator and the front cover.

Setting

Before installing a generator, connect the oil hose.

After the installation of the generator, connect the hose to the oil pipe from the sump.

Clamp the hose clip on the line of the pipe.

After installing the oil pipe bend, or brought into contact with the cylinder block oil pipe.
