Removing and installing rear stabilizer rod transverse stability

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Poddomkratte back of the car and establish it on props.
Disconnect the connecting links (stand) on the stabilizer bracket axle.

Components Rack rear stabilizer; if disassemble racks in order to check the status of their components, install them in place in the assembly must be carried out according to a pattern.

To remove the rack from the rear stabilizer rod bracket tubular sleeve of the bridge give this nut (arrow) (shown left Front for the right picture identical).

Otboltite collars bushings fastening the stabilizer bar to the beams of the frame and remove the bar from the vehicle.

To remove the rod from the rear stabilizer bars give the frame bolts (arrows) Yokes fastening sleeves (shown left - to the right all the same way).

Remove collars and sleeves with a stabilizer bar and check for cracks, signs of wear and general aging of the material. If necessary, replace the bushing.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Wear bushings and stabilizer bar clamps. Raise the bar at the loading position, tighten the bolts and tighten them with demanded effort.
Connect the rack to the stabilizer bar bracket axle and tighten with demanded effort fixing nuts.
Remove the jacks and lower the car to the ground.
