Removal and installation of a calibrated nozzle tube
general information Build a calibrated orifice tube represents the bounding box of separating high-pressure, low-pressure and half-filled with a liquid coolant system. Unit regulates the flow of refrigerant entering the evaporator coil. The temperature of the evaporator is controlled by monitoring the pressure inside the heat exchanger with the help of its managed electric pressure gauge-switch. The switch controls the operation of the compressor, thereby maintaining the pressure inside the evaporator within the prescribed limits. If the pressure in the system using a pressure gauge found that high-pressure part of the pressure is very high, while in the low-pressure side is a strong negative pressure (vacuum), a calibrated orifice and a tube packed with it should be replaced. Replacement
| - Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- With a special tool (see. Section Removal and installation of the heat exchanger heater) disconnect from the evaporator coil on the engine compartment bulkhead fluid line running to it from the condenser.
- Disconnect the other end of the liquid line from the condenser and remove it from the vehicle.
| The tube is calibrated nozzle is an integral part of the liquid line, and they are replaced by a single block. |
| The tube is calibrated jet (arrow) is an integral part of a liquid line extending to the evaporator. |
- Plug the holes in the blocks immediately after the removal of the line to prevent the ingress of moisture and dirt.
- Replace the assembly line with a tube calibrated nozzle.
| The air spring locks butt joints in the assembly lines of the system must be installed O-rings that are suitable for use in contact with oil, type R-134a. |
- The same dealer branch, which discharged the system make its evacuation, charging and checking for leaks.
