Engine windshield washer

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Clean dirt from the connector and the bolt and pull down, remove the mudguard.

3. Remove the two screws on the washer fluid reservoir.

4. Disconnect the hose from the washer motor.
5. Remove the engine and the tank washer.
6. Drain the tank and separate the engine from the windshield washer fluid reservoir.

1. An ohmmeter check for continuity between the motor terminals.

2. Check the engine washer, connecting additional wires to the motor terminals and the battery terminals.

3. Visually check the washer tank for cracks and other damage.

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
