Replacing the front seat belt

You will need: a screwdriver with a flat blade and Phillips, Allen key "16".

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug ?�-?� the storage battery.

A WARNING

After disconnecting the wires from the plug ?�-?� the storage battery, wait at least 15 minutes, and only then proceed to the withdrawal of the seat belt pretensioner equipped.

2. Remove the lower B-pillar trim (see. "Removal and installation of facing pillars").

WARNINGS

Do not disassemble and repair pretensioners.

Do not drop the pretensioner and hit it with water or oil.

Do not expose the pretensioner temperature above 93 ?� C.


3. Pry up the retainer harness belt tensioner and remove the latch from engagement with the bracket lock (for the convenience of shooting the front seat removed).	4. Remove the screw top fastening a seat belt ...


5. The lower mounting ... belt ...	6. ... and remove the coil of the seat belt mounting location.


7. Press the pad retainer clips harness fuse pyrotechnic devices ...	8. ... and disconnect the connector.


9. Remove the lower mounting belt ...	10. ... and move toward the lower seat belt anchor.


11. Hooking screwdriver to trim the top of the bolt fastening the seat belt ...	12. ... remove the cover.


13. Remove the bolt of the top fastening of the seat belt ...	14. ... and move towards the upper bracket.

15. Remove the upper trim (see. "Removal and installation of facing pillars").


16. Expand the pad height adjustment mechanism for a seat belt ...	17. ... remove the bolts of the top ...


18. ... and lower mounting mechanism ...	19. ... and remove the adjustment mechanism.

20. Remove the screw that secures the trim strip to the adjustment mechanism and remove the pad from the machine.

21. Remove the front seat on the side concerned (see. "Removing and installing the front seat").


22. Remove the two screws that secure the seat by lining the floor of the tunnel ...	23. ... and remove the trim.


24. Remove the bolt security lock bracket ...	25. ... and remove the bracket.

NOTE

Attach the wire to the "-" terminal of the battery only after the installation is complete pretensioner.

26. Install the seat belt in the reverse order of removal.
