Removing and installing rear Hub assembly, replacement of the ball joint

- Cock a lay brake and give the hub nut (12).
- Remove a corresponding back wheel.
- Remove the wheel sensor (L6 / 3 in the case of the left wheel).
- Remove the brake caliper (111) (see chap. Brakes and auxiliary systems).
- Remove heat disc (112b) (see chap. Brakes and auxiliary systems).
- Remove the parking brake shoes (see chap. Brakes and auxiliary systems).
- Release of the support arm on the hub assembly of the parking brake cable (112a).
- With the help of a stripper liberate from the hub assembly hinge stretch (97a).
- Press out of the hub assembly of the ball joint (91) of the upper control arm.
- With extractor press out of his rear driveshaft flange, - try not to damage the boot SHRUS and rotor wheel sensor. Tie up the released shaft elements suspension / frame.
- Fixing the hub assembly, release liner lower ball joint (7a) of the control arm.
- Remove the hub assembly.
- Installation is performed in reverse order, in conclusion, make the necessary adjustment of the wheels.

- Remove the hub assembly (See above.) And press out the lower ball joint (7a) with a suitable mandrel (a).
- With the help of a special key (9) Give the castellated nut (7b).
- With castle nut and a special key press in new ball bearing until it stops in the hub assembly - replace the nut.
- Install the hub assembly on the regular place.
