Check and adjustment of the hydraulic steering limiter | | |
| - Poddomkratte the front of the car and establish it on props.
- Remove the hex bolt (2) and remove it together with a locking insert (3).
- Screw the restrictor valve (arrow) into the crankcase steering until it stops, then release 2-2.5 turns.
| Provided only one-stop valve (1), working in both directions of rotation of the steering wheel. Accordingly, the selected setting of the valve will act in both directions of rotation. |
| Do not release the stop valve more than 2.5 turns with the engine running. |
- Remove the steering wheel airbag module (see chap. Onboard electric equipment).
- Allowing the engine to rotate at a speed of 800 rev / min, turn the steering wheel all the way to the left.
- Put on the bolt / nut steering shaft socket wrench, pull it all the way to the steering stop with a force of about 25 Nm and secure in this position.
- Slowly screw the pressure reducing valve in the crankcase of the steering mechanism to the emergence of resistance in the 20 Nm, ensuring the installation of the required parameters.
- Screw locking insert (3) and hex bolt (2).
| If you can not put the liner to the hex head pressure reducing valve after the last adjustment, tweak the position of the valve, pulling it to the desired angle clockwise. |
- Replace the driver airbag module.
